Delivery countries
We deliver to all countries that can be selected as delivery address in the checkout. Orders are shipped by Gekko Agency B.V. from the Netherlands. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the shipping method. They are shown in the checkout before you place your order. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are payable by the recipient.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on working days are usually shipped within one (1) business day. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Express shipping (DHL): approx. 1–4 business days
- Standard mail: approx. 15–20 business days
The shipping methods available for your country are shown in the checkout. If a product has a different shipping date, this is stated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as holidays.
Tracking
All shipping methods include tracking. You receive the tracking link by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.
Payment
The available payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, are shown in the checkout.
